Yes, every bike goes through a 60-point pre-delivery inspection, including an oil and filters service, with worn or damaged parts replaced where appropriate.

Yes, on eligible new and used bikes through our finance partners - and on parts, accessories and delivery too. Options and rates depend on the product and your circumstances. Subject to status.

Parts ship within 1–2 days, Monday to Friday. Bikes are usually delivered within 5–7 days, and we try to get you riding before the next weekend.

All of our new electric bikes come with manufacturer warranty - we’re a main authorised retailer. Terms vary by manufacturer, usually a minimum of 1 year excluding serviceable parts, with specifics on each product page.
