1. Promoter
The giveaway is organised and promoted by EMOTOUK LTD, whose registered address is 12 Church Square, Leighton Buzzard, LU7 1AE.
2. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to worldwide applicants aged 18 years or over. Younger winners may be considered with parental consent.
Employees of EmotoUK, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must follow the instructions provided in the giveaway post on our official Instagram page (@EmotoUK). This may include actions such as liking the post, tagging friends, or sharing the post to their story.
Entries must be submitted during the promotional period, as stated in the giveaway post. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway.

The giveaway starts on 26/12/2024 at 12:00 GMT and ends on 31/12/2024 at 19:00 GMT.
5. Prize
The prize is a 2024 Talaria X3 MX Electric Motorcycle. A cash alternative of £1000 will be offered if the winner prefers.
The prize is non-transferable and subject to availability. EMOTOUK LTD reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the closing date using a random selection method.
The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 7 days of the giveaway closing.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the initial contact, EmotoUK reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
EMOTOUK LTD reserves the right to disqualify any participant and redraw a winner if it reasonably believes the selected account to be a bot, a fake profile, or a profile created primarily for mass giveaway entries. This is to ensure the winner is an organic participant.
7. Publicity
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to have their name and/or Instagram handle published on EMOTOUK LTD's social media platforms and website for promotional purposes.
Winners will be required to participate in reasonable publicity related to the giveaway. This includes being present in the UK to accept delivery and appearing in handover related content to be used on social media platforms.
